The starting point
A Mediterranean restaurant group with ten locations across South Florida. The Instagram account had 14.1K followers, and its link-in-bio sent people to a link tree.
What we did on Instagram
- Rewrote the bio so it says what the brand is and where to go next.
- Built highlights for the things people ask about: custom orders, catering and press.
- Replaced the link tree with a direct link to the locations page.
- Kept a steady content rhythm in one voice across every location, including a recurring Reels series and campaign content.
The account is now verified.
What we did on Google
For ten locations, Google is often the first thing a guest sees. We reviewed every Business Profile, compared the locations against each other and turned it into a plan.
- A scorecard that ranks all ten locations.
- Visual diagnostics for three of them.
- An analysis of what people search for.
- A 90-day plan and a simple reporting framework.
What the Google data showed
- Most searches weren't for the brand. Between Mar 1 and Jul 31 2026, "restaurants" brought 117,767 searches, the brand name 64,432 and "food near me" 27,317. New people were finding the group by looking for a place to eat.
- A few locations carry the network. Three of the ten made up 50.4% of profile views.
- Engagement doesn't follow traffic. Two locations (11.0% and 10.0%) converted views into actions far better than the network average of 6.0%. The recommendation was to copy what those two do, not to chase more traffic.
- It's a phone channel. 87.7% of interactions came from mobile.
What changed
Instagram grew from 14.1K to 44.8K followers, a rise of 218%, and in the 30 days to Aug 3 2026 the account reached 204.0K views. On Google, the ten profiles recorded 870,092 profile views, 447,396 search appearances and 51,779 interactions in five months.
